Inspired by I Am Bird and the expressive world of birds, this immersive workshop explores voice, movement, and embodiment as pathways to creativity, freedom, and renewal.
Exhibition Link: Participants are encouraged to visit I Am Bird, Avia Gurman Murphy’s site-specific installation in the Workhouse Yard, where the exhibition and workshop enrich one another through image, movement, and place.
Through guided movement, breath, and sound, participants are invited to awaken the body, free the imagination, and reconnect with themselves. Held in the historic Dining Hall at the Irish Workhouse Centre, the workshop is a shared creative healing ritual that promotes connection and hope.
