Making Waves – Creative Dance with Linda Schirmer

Making Waves is a creative dance workshop for adults of all
experience levels – no previous dance background is needed! Inspired by the theme of water, we’ll explore flow, rhythm and transformation through guided improvisation, playful exploration and expressive movement. Please wear comfortable clothes/shoes and bring water to stay hydrated. Linda Schirmer is a dance artist and facilitator based in the West of Ireland. She teaches dance and theatre in various educational settings in Ireland and Germany. (Maximum of 20 participants) |
